• Re-broadcasting, redistributing, or publicly transmitting streams without authorized commercial agreements.
• Exceeding the allowed concurrent streams established by your purchased subscription tier.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or compromise our server infrastructure or security controls.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or excessive programmatic queries against our playlist endpoints.
• Sharing or publicly posting personal account credentials on forums, social media, or file-sharing portals.

3. Enforcement & Suspension

NOB IPTV reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access without refund if a subscriber is found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
